The stylized anatomy works here, but even when you stylize you must keep it consistant. The 2 arms are different lengths, and the top section of the arm is much shorter than the bottom. Keeping your proportions matched will help make for more sound drawings in the future.
My biggest issue with this painting is in the coloring: more specifically, the shading. Using straight blacks to shade tends to flatten out your image and dull the colors. Same goes for using white for lightening. There are okay to use sparingly, but you have black shadows between the divide of the neck and the chin. Even with a much stronger light source than you have now, you probably would not see that much indention and darkening. Decreasing the overall darkness of the shadows on the body would probably be a big help - lots of the body gets lost in the black at the bottom of the image. In a character oriented piece like this, character and background seperation can be useful to show your subject more clearly.
The ears look hastily done, almost out of place. I think more time could be spent rendering them, so that the quality of the render matches the rest of the painting.
One final point I'd like to address is the face. The face part of the head looks very flat. I think that decreasing the darkness on the shadows and showing the roundness of the eyes and lips would help to flesh it out further. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to contact.
